Integrated competence development for work in and on the company

Based on established standards and innovative methods, in combination with the kyona Jira collaboration platform and selected plug-ins (CollabWARE®), we offer a comprehensive, real and practical training environment that enable participants to apply what they have learned immediately after training or workshops (CollabWORK®). In addition to modular training formats, the kyona Academy offers online formats, blended learning, workshops, lectures, action learning and various coaching, reflection and supervision concepts.
